Welcome to your guide to your stay at East Farmhouse & East Farm Cottage situated in Humshaugh, Northumberland.

We hope you enjoy your stay in our family owned holiday homes. Our family have owned the properties and farmed the land for over 80 years and it is place treasured by our family and friends as a beautiful, relaxing and calming space to take time to gather together and make new memories.

We have created this online guide, to make sure we provide you with the most up to date information to help you get the most our of your stay and to allow you to experience all that rural Northumberland has to offer.

All that we ask is that you treat our very special family home with respect and kindness. The properties date back to the 1600s, and through having lots of lovely guests to stay, experience a lot of wear and tear. We decorate, restock and refurbish the property on a regular basis and therefore we ask that you take care when staying, try and avoid any unnecessary damage and please let us know if you find something is broken or you cause any breakages.
(we are aware that we currently have two broken sash window cords which we are trying to find a specialist tradesman to replace)
